Actors: Customer, Program, Hotel Reservation Staff(HRS)

1. Customer Checkout the selected rooms

2. Customer are shown a conformation page to confirm the room reservation.
a. Can delete, add & cancel.
3. Customer Fills up online form. ( ask for manual forms if available.)
a. Enter first name, lastname, address, contact numer ….
b. Program validates entries.
4. Customer Confirms there reservation.
5. Program Creates a Reservation No.
6. Program send confirmation email to customer & HRS
a. Provide reservation no. in the email. Etc.,,,
7. HRS Monitors and receive reservation email then call client
