PERFORMANCE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM The Performance Governance System (PGS) is a holistic and collaborative framework for formulating, executing, managing and sustaining roadmaps to reform. Beyond operational effectiveness and to complement process improvements, the PGS puts premium on the breakthroughs that an organization can make, given its identified strategic positioning.
