Management can be defined in image/figure as driver. Why?

Reasons:

1.It says that management is a leadership role where driver is. They leads the car to turn left or
right, to stop or to move. They are the one who manage their cars. In management, the
manager leads the way to its destination or objective.

2.Title and position of power, just like in management, the one who runs the company is the
manager so in driving the one who managed the car is the driver. Each role had their own
position where the role of the driver is to bring its passenger on its destination. He had the
power to help and manage things along the road. As well in management manager has the
power to control what could happened and what could not. And also they manage to reach their
goal which is success.

3.Task management, the driver is responsible in managing the task which is to bring its
passenger to the location safe. In management the task of the manager is to improve everything
that is needed to improve which is the way to success.

4.Disciplined/Responsibility,both the driver and the manager should be desciplined and

responsible on their work in able to reach thier goals.
