Hello People!

What are your thoughts about Stock Market????

Is it a quick way to earn or a fu***** hard thing to understand??

I would say an interesting way which you can do to live a handsome life from your own comfort zone if
you know what you are doing and what you have to do next.

Let me Introduce myself I am a graduate guy from Delhi with big ambitions and with a path known to go,
me in a nutshell is I am a visionary with lot of creative ideas but in starting don’t know to assemble the
pieces. But holding lot of failures now I know because failures are the only pieces of an individual life
which help you to make the puzzle complete. Also a CFA Level 2 passed.

I have to stop myself to not get distracted form the topic.

Let’s Start but also tell you that this is my first Blog so, fingers crossed and apologies if I am not able to
converse this in fluent English, There’s a saying in hindi “Agar kisi cheez ko puri shiddat se paane ki
koshish karo to puri kaynat use tumse milane mein lag jaati hai” (In short- Try and Try Until You
Succeed).

Not Again…….

Now, No more distraction let’s start.

As you all know the basic rule of Investing in stock market is that “Buy when Low and Sell when High”
But have you ever wondered that there is this amazing place which allow you to earn on the
security(Stock) which is going down not by even buying it…..

Yes!!!!
Don’t get shocked I am telling you the truth that you can earn from the market without even buying it.
(And all you know how, then Shhhhh…..)

Let me enlighten you all who don’t know

A concept call SHORT SELLING will allow you to earn on the on the depreciating stock.

Here are the Steps to do it:

Step 1 Find a Stock which is at its high and then instead of buying sell it first. (Basically you are
borrowing the security form the market first)

Step 2 By the end of the day or at any time during market hours buy that security back when it is
depreciating.
Puff the magic is done and you have made yourself some bucks.
Example- If a security X is at INR100 and you sold it you will get INR 100 into your account and when it
will touch its low as per your calculation buy it back. Suppose you buy it back at INR90, now do the
simple math you sold it for 100 and but it back for 90 you just made 10 buck on a single quantity.

If you are doing it with a large amount of quantity the just relax and think how to handle tax
authorities.

{Caution- Either you are in profit or not you have to buy back that security on the same day itself.}

Voilà done for the first blog.

Forgot to tell that amazing place is Stock market itself.

Cheers!!
