PROMISSORY NOTE

Php20,000.00

For value received, I/We jointly and severally promised to pay to the order of ELENA A. SIBLE the
principal sum of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php20,000.00) payable and due on the last week
of December 2019, with interest thereon at the rate of EIGHT PERCENT (8.00%) per month in accordance
with the following schedule of payments:

P1,600.00 monthly interest payment for six (6) months starting July 19, 2019 until
December 19, 2019.

P20,000.00 principal payment due on the last week of December 2019 plus additional
daily interest incurred from December 20, 2019 until the account is fully paid.
