NOTIFICATION
The 13th September, 2013
No.6/13/2012/6HGI/2997.-Whereas with a view to promote the Mega Housing Development
Schemes in the State of Punjab, the Government of Punjab has entered into an agreement with M/S EMMAR
MGF Land Limited for setting up the Mega Township Project in Sector 105, 106, 108, 109 and 110 Tehsil and
District S.A.S. Nagar.
Whereas it appears to the Governor of Punjab that the land of critical gaps is required to be taken by
the State Government at the expenses of the Company, for the public purpose viz. the planned, harmonious and
compact urban development of the area in accordance with the duly notified Master Plan of S.A.S. Nagar and
more specifically for the planned harmonious and compact development of Mega Township Project, M/S
EMMAR MGF Land Limited, Tehsil and District S.A.S. Nagar. It is hereby notified that the land in the locality
described below is required for the above purpose.
This declaration is made under the provision of Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, to all
whom it may concern and under the provision of Section 7 of the said Act. The Land Acquisition Collector,
Urban Development Department, PUDA Bhawan, Sector-62, S.A.S. Nagar is hereby directed to take order
for the acquisition of the said land.
Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, Urban Development
Department, PUDA Bhawan, A-Block, Ground Floor, Sector-62, S.A.S. Nagar.
