Check In / Out Time
1. The Standard Check In time at Hotel is 1500Hours & the standard Check Out time is 1200
noon.
2. But beyond this time, subject to room availability.
3. Additional payment has to be done to the hotel at your own account.
4. You can leave your luggage with the bellman before the pickup time and they will keep for you in the
store room.

5. ‘SIC’ refers to shared transfer basis. Clients have to report to the pickup point at the given time and
they may have to wait from 05 – 45 minutes because the vehicle will have to pick clients from
different points. Vehicle waiting time for the clients is maximum of 05-07 minutes
Deposit
1. Hotel may collect a refundable deposit in a form of cash or credit card from you upon check - in. This
will be a guarantor from you for any usage of additional service in the hotel, example minibar,
telephone, restaurants etc.
2. Your deposit will be refunded upon settlement of all personal account if any.
Pick up Transfer
1. Maximum waiting time for All Tours is 15 MINS from the assigned time of pickup.
2. No-Show Guests would not be given any refunds nor would their tours be re-scheduled.
3. SIC means Seat-In-Coach Basis. Drivers would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the
assigned pick - up time.
4. Pick - up for all Tours and Transfers are conducted from the Hotel lobby.
5. Drivers would not call in the room or Hotel Cafe to locate any guests.
