2. Describe, as best you can, the extent of your experience, in writing and presenting reports.

3. Have you identified a supervisor for the graduate work you will be undertaking? Is the adviser /
advisee relationship formalized? If you do not have a supervisor, have you identified candidate
faculty members who you may consult with (and who may provide feedback) as specialist
resources?

4. Do you have (or will be able to acquire) the basic background knowledge for undertaking research
in your identified area?

5. Do you have the information relevant to your program (timelines, due dates, required documents,
required coursework)?
6. Do you have concerns in undertaking the work for this course (time constraints, project
management, availability of guidance and support, library resources)?
