Dear Mr. Ortiz:

We would like to bring to your kind attention the immaturity and irresponsibility of your delivery men.

Last Friday, September 21, we were expecting a delivery of various fruits and vegetables from your men.
At 4:00 p.m., your men arrived and proceeded to unload the fruits and vegetables.

However, they did this with so much pushing, teasing and shoving. Thus, some crates containing apples
and mangoes fell open on the ground. Of course, we didn't pay for the damaged goods and they were
replaced this morning by another delivery of fruits. But the inconvenience it cost us plus the probable
sale we could have made since that day, could not be easily dismissed.

We hope that you will act on this matter immediately and judiciously.

I hereby tender my irrevocable resignation.

Please be informed that starting today, September 01, 2018, I am serving my one month notice as
prescribed by the company rules and regulations.

Working for the company has been a learning experience and I will be forever grateful to you for taking a
chance on me when i was still a good greenhorn, fresh from the university. However, I am still young, so
many options are open for me. I would like to explore these options while I still can and consequently,
find where I rightfully belong.

Thank you very much for a very enlightening and fruitful two years. I pray for your continued success.
