BARSTARZZ
The BarStarzz movement was founded in 2009 so people could
workout outside of mainstream fitness and gym memberships.
Today it’s one of the largest calisthenics communities in the
world and we share impressive training tutorials and
motivational videos with our followers around the globe.

Through freestyle calisthenics BarStarzz founder Ed Checo was


able to turn his life around and inspire millions to do the same.

The core of the movement is to mix high-intensity bodyweight


workouts with dedicated skill training sessions. With this you will
build muscle, burn fat and learn the most impressive calisthenics

MUSCLE-UP
KEY TECHNIQUE TO TRANSFORM
In this first lesson we’re going to focus on the technique for the
one calisthenics move EVERYONE wants to be able to do: the
muscle-up.

It’s the move that will impress all the people in the park or gym
you are working out and you are able to nail it in just a few
weeks. So it looks incredible, but you can learn it in a short
amount of time with my ultimate training tips. Sounds good?

STEP 1: WORK ON YOUR SWING


Kick your legs out and gain the
momentum on your way back.
You have to come up in a curve
for your muscle-up.

STEP 2: BRING THE KNEES UP


Bring your knees to your chest on
your highest point on your way
back. Utilize the momentum to
bring you back.

STEP 3: PULL YOURSELF UP


Combine the first two steps with a
pull and bring your upper body
over the bar.

YOUR UPPER BODY


HOW TO BUILD STRENGTH
If you couldn’t do the full muscle-up or you really struggled,
don’t worry! The next lesson is going to tell you what you need
to get there.

Yes - muscle-ups are difficult but there’s one thing you can do
to make it 10 times easier.

That’s why my next lesson is going to show you exactly how to


get there and build the strength that is going to get you up and
over that bar. You’re gonna be exploding with confidence on
and off the bars in no time once you’ve learnt the perfect
technique and tried out your first full bodyweight workout
routine.
