Dearest Ma’am/Sir,

I am Mirasol H. Silva, my nickname is Mira from MS Platform, I am writing this correspondence

as my letter of resignation from my position as Data Encoder under the Finance Department
due to my health issue. I have recently had an appointment with my doctor and will be starting
treatments in the very near future. As you aware I have been having some medical problems
over the past weeks and it has left me now unable to continue working. I feel that this is the
best for me and Gee Pacific if I take some time to focus on improving my health. It is for this
reason that I formally submit my resignation due to health issues.

I have truly enjoyed my time at Gee Pacific and will miss my colleagues. Thank you so much for
your understanding and assistance.
