अनु योग िमशन म उपयोगी है।/North Eastern Space Applications Centre (NESAC), Umiam is an autonomous body functioning under the Department of
Space and North Eastern Council (NEC) to assist development process in North Eastern Region using space science and technology. It undertakes
specific applications projects using remote sensing, GIS, satellite communication and conducting space science research. The Centre’s services are
helpful in natural resources management, infrastructure planning, health, education, disaster management and Earth Observation Applications Mission.

3. िवदेशी िड ी धारक के मामले म जहां द तावेज / िड ी / माण प अं ेजी म नह ह, तो एसोिसएशन ऑफ इंिडयन यूिनव सटी (AIU) से अनुवाद और अिधकृ त ितलेखन और
समक ता माण प भी कै न और संल होना चािहए। सा ा कार के समय समक ता माण प न तुत करने पर अ यथ को अयो य माना जाएगा।/In case of foreign degree
holders where the documents/degree/certificates are not in English then translation and authorized transcription must be attached and equivalency
certificate from Association of Indian University (AIU) must also be scanned and attached. Failure to produce equivalency certificate at the time of
interview shall lead to disqualification.

5. अगर उ मीदवार को अंको के बजाय ेड/सीजीपीए दए गए ह उसे / उसके सं थान / िनदेशक / ाचाय / रिज ार / डीन (िश ािवद ) / उप रिज ार / सहायक रिज ार ारा जारी
कए गए िव िव ालय से माण प ा करना चािहए उ मीदवार ारा ा सीजीपीए / सीपीआई के समक ितशत को के वल प प से मािणत करना चािहए, ऐसा करने म
असफल होने पर उसके / उसक उ मीदवारी पर िवचार नह कया जाएगा और इस संबंध म कोई पूछताछ नह क जाएगी।/In case candidate has been awarded CGPA/CPI,
he/she should obtain certificate from his/her institute/university issued by Director/Principal/Registrar/Dean (Academics)/Controller of
Examination/Deputy Registrar/ Assistant Registrar ONLY clearly certifying the equivalent percentage of the CGPA/CPI obtained by the candidate,
failing which his/her candidature will not be considered and no queries will be entertained in this regard.

above Scientific/Technical Posts, the Organization has a progressive HRD Policy which provides an excellent growth potential for the right individual
through its periodical merit based performance review system (called Merit Promotion Scheme) de-linked from our availability of vacancies at higher
post by which the staff are being evaluated for the advancement of their career in the organization. The minimum qualifying service required to
become eligible to be considered for review for promotion shall depend upon the essential qualification as per ISRO/DOS Norms.

Centres/Units of the Department of Space situated anywhere in India as and when required. For details of ISRO/DOS Centres/Units, candidates

application submitted on-line as and when required.

9. चयन या/Selection Process:

(A) पद कोड एस.सी.039 से एस.सी.046 के िलए/ For Post Code SC039 to SC046:

यूनतम अिनवाय यो यता पूरी करने के बाद आवेदन क जाँच िविधवत ग ठत चयन सिमित ारा िन िलिखत मानदंड के आधार पर क जाएगी/ After satisfying the minimum
essential qualification: Screening of the applications will be done by a duly constituted Screening Committee based on the following criteria:

 80% वेटेज के वल आव यक यो यता म ा अंक को दया जाएगा और पूव पा ता यो यता म ा अंक को नग उ े य के िलए नह माना जाएगा।80% weightage will be
given to the marks obtained in the Essential Qualification only and marks obtained in the pre eligibility qualification will not be considered for
screening purpose.

 2 साल तक संबिं धत े म काय अनुभव के िलए 20% वेटेज दया जाएगा। 6 महीने के यूनतम अनुभव को ही माना जाएगा और 06 महीने से कम के कसी भी अनुभव को
नजरअंदाज कर दया जाएगा। अनुभव के राउं ड-ऑफ क अनुमित नह है। 05 अंक उिचत अनुभव के 06 महीने पूरे करने के िलए दए जाएंगे और 12 महीने तक के कसी भी अविध
के िलए आनुपाितक अंक दए जाएंगे (के वल पूरे महीने के अनुभव को माना जाएगा)। पूण अंक यानी 20 अंक 2 वष या उससे अिधक के पूण अनुभव के िलए दया जाएगा। पी.एचडी.
अनुभव को भी पद के िलए इसक संबंधता के अधीन माना जाएगा।/20% weightage will be given to the work experience in the relevant field upto 2 years.
Minimum experience of 6 months will be considered only and any experience less than 06 months shall be ignored. Rounding-off of experience
is not allowed. 05 marks shall be given for completed 06 months of relevant experience and proportionate marks shall be given for any period
above 06 months upto 12 months (only completed months of experience will be considered). Full marks i.e.20 shall be given for the relevant
experience of completed 2 years or more. Ph.D experience will also be considered subject to its relevancy to the post.

should clearly show the date of joining & date of relieving. Name, Designation and nature of work performed during the tenure to be clearly
mentioned in the Experience Certificate, failing which experience will not be considered for screening purpose.

िनदेशक / धानाचाय / रिज ार / डीन (िश ािवद) / उप रिज ार / सहायक रिज ार के वल ऑनलाइन के मा यम से अपलोड कए गए के वल िवचार कए जाएंग,े ऐसा न पाए
जाने पर सीजीपीए / सीपीआई के समतु य ितशत क गणना नग कमेटी ारा क जाएगी जो क अंितम होगी और इस संबंध म कसी भी पर िवचार नह कया
जाएगा।/As the screening process will be based on percentage of marks, candidates with CGPA/CPI need to convert into percentage certified by
appropriate authority viz. Director/Principal/Registrar/Dean (Academics)/Deputy Registrar/ Assistant Registrar only uploaded through online only
will be considered, failing which equivalent percentage of the CGPA/CPI shall be calculated by the Screening Committee which shall be final and
no queries will be entertained in this regard.

the Screening will be taken by the Screening Committee. Only the screened-in/shortlisted candidates will be called for interview before the
Selection Committee. Communication shall be sent only to the screened-in/shortlisted candidates. NESAC will not entertain any correspondence
on the issue of short-listing of candidates. The call letters for the interview to the short-listed candidates will be uploaded on the NESAC Official
Website or will be communicated by email. Candidates are advised to check their email and visit the NESAC Website from time to time. No
communication shall be made to the candidates who are not screened-in to appear for the interview.

चयन या म (1) िलिखत परी ा और (2) कौशल परी ा शािमल है। िलिखत परी ा पहले आयोिजत क जाएगी और िलिखत परी ा के अंक के आधार पर लघु सूची
बनाई जाएगी और के वल अपेि त सं या म अ य थय को ( रि और कौशल परी ा के िलए बुलाए जाने वाले अ यथ य क सं या के अनुपात) को कौशल परी ा के
िलए बुलाया जाएगा। िलिखत परी ा इस कार चलाई जाएगी क िनधा रत पा चया के िव तार तथा गहनता को दृि म रखते ए अ यथ के सै ांितक एवं

 ावहा रक ान क परी ा ली जा सके । कौशल परी ा पूणतया 'गो-नो-गो' आधार पर होगी और कौशल परी ा म ा अंको को चयन हेतु िवचार नह कया जाएगा।
कौशल परी ा का मू यांकन एक 100 वाइंट के ल पर कया जाएगा, िजसम यो यता- ाि हेतु कम से कम 60 % अंक चािहए। यो यता ा अ य थय के बीच,
पूणतया िलिखत परी ा म ा अंको के आधार पर अंितम चयन कया जाएगा। कौशल परी ा म 60% अंको के साथ यो यता ा अ य थय म से, िलिखत परी ा म
ा अंको के म म नािभकायन कया जाएगा। िलिखत परी ा के ा ांक म टाइ होने क ि थित म अिधसूिचत यो यता के अकादिमक अंक टाइ- ेकर रहेगा। The
selection process consists of (1) Written Test and (2) Skill Test. The written test will be conducted first and short-listing will be done
based on the Written Test scores and required number of candidates (ratio between vacancy and number of candidates to be called
for Skill Test) alone shall be called for Skill Test. Written Test will be conducted in such a way that theoretical and practical knowledge
of the candidate is tested covering both breadth and depth of the prescribed curriculum. The Skill Test will be purely on ‘go-no-go’
basis and marks obtained in the Skill Test will not be considered for selection. The Skill Test will be evaluated on a 100 point scale with
minimum 60% for qualification. The final selection will be done amongst qualified candidates, purely on the scores obtained in the
Written Test From amongst candidates who qualify in the Skill Test with 60% marks, empanelment will be done in order of marks
obtained in the Written Test. In case of a tie in the written scores, the academic scores of the notified qualification will be the tie-
breaker.

13. सा ा कार / कौशल परी ण म भाग लेने वाले अ य थय को िनवास थान से कम से कम माग ारा ि ितय ेणी क ेन का कराया जमा कया जाएगा, जो थान आवेदन प म
सा ा कार / कौशल परी ण के िलए दशाया गया है।/Only candidates attending the interview/Skill Test will be reimbursed to and fro second-class train fare
by the shortest route from a place of residence indicated in the application form to the place of interview/Skill Test.

14. सा ा कार / कौशल प र ण के िलए बुलाए गए उ मीदवार को आवेदन म तुत िववरण के माण के साथ-साथ सभी ासंि गक मूल द तावेज के व-स यािपत फोटोकॉपी का एक
सेट अपने साथ लाना होगा। उ मीदवार जो पहले से ही क / रा य सरकार, सावजिनक े के उप म या वाय िनकाय के तहत कायरत ह, उ ह भी सा ा कार / कौशल परी ा
के समय 'अनापि माण प ' क मूल ित लाना होगा। य द उ मीदवार उपरो द तावेज म से कोई भी द तावेज लाने म िवफल रहता है या य द आवेदन म दी गई कोई
जानकारी गलत या गलत पाई जाती है, तो उसक उ मीदवारी र कर दी जाएगी और कराया भ ा का भुगतान नह कया जाएगा।/Candidates called for interview/Skill
Test will have to produce all relevant original documents in proof of details furnished in the application along with a set of self-attested

“There will be a non-refundable application fees of ₹ 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) for each application. Fee should be paid online through
Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking only through Integrated SBI Collect Facility. No other mode of payment will be accepted and the fee will
