By answering the following questions, the applicant commits himself/herself to destroy all documentation
after the test and to not share the test documents with any third party.

ahadiyanto@caritas.ch latest 90 minutes upon receipt of the test through email.

3. Imagine - you are the Finance & Admin officer and you are responsible for giving advance to
staff members. One staff member submits his travel request form (signed by the supervisor)
which says he is eligible for advance of IDR 5’000’000. However, the staff member asks you for
IDR 10’000’000 in advance and said this was verbally agreed with the supervisor. How do you
react? (20 Marks)

4. There was an audit conducted for your partner organization (see Annex 2). Please look at it and
list what you think are the three most “concerning” findings and why you think they are
concerning? How would you react to the audit (20 marks)

5. You have been tasked to book a meeting room in a hotel for a workshop. You forgot, and one day
before the event you realized, but the meeting room was not available anymore. What would be
the first thing you do? Why? (10 marks)
