4(06)/DRC/406/./E-IV/DE/Lib./2016/441 dated 25/01/2017 (Posting Order-
20170007), following corrections / amendment is ordered with immediate effect.

"Ms. Meenakshi Devi has medically examined by Deen Dayal Upadhyay

Hospital, Govt. of NCT of Delhi and declared medically 'FIT' vide their letter No.
12669 dated 02/11/2016.

Other contents of the order shall remain unchanged.

This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority.
