INTERVIEW FOLLOW-
UP EVALUATION
After each interview, you should strive to go somewhere quiet
immediately after and take some time to reflect on your interview. The
only way to improve is to have an honest assessment. Just as with
anything, practice makes perfect. The more you interview, the more
natural you will become. Own your mistakes. Learn from your mistakes.
And finally, acknowledge what went well so you can implement more of
that, too!

INTERVIEW FOLLOW-UP EVALUATION

“I know you’ve heard it a thousand times before, but it’s true... hard work pays off. If you want to be good,
you have to practice, practice, practice. If you don’t love something, then don’t do it.”
-- Ray Bradbury
