The MoU was examined in ASI and following observations are made. 1. Page 1, Para 1- Date of execution of MoU requires modification from 16.09.2018 to actual date of signing of the MoU. 2. Page 1, Para 4- Word 'OR' mentioned after reference of ‘Third Party’ is not required. 3. Page 2, Clause 1.4- Word ‘amenities’ may be corrected as ‘Amenities’ 4, Page 6, Clause 8- additional words "as amended up to date along with all other relevant applicable laws of ASI' may be added after the words "...Rules, 1959" 5. Page 6, Clause 9.3- Words ‘safety of monument structure’ may be added after the words "...impact on tourism”. As stated above, a modified copy of the MOU by incorporating changes ‘suggested is also being attached with this letter for your information. Accordingly it is requested to modify the MOU and send final copies to ASI for execution. 04 copies of Final MoU are also being returned along with this letter.
