II. NARRATIVE REPORT/ EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Haguimit Elementary School II took part in this National Simultaneous

affair. This is to strengthen the knowledge of the faculty and the pupils in the
conduct of earthquake drill. Whereas, to have them prepared for possible
instances of earthquake.

Taking in-charge was Ms. Ronilie C. Ode, School DRRM Coordinator—

exactly 2:00 in the afternoon, someone the bell was sounded that signal the
earthquake was occurring. Everyone had done the Drop, Cover and Hold On.
As the bell stop ringing, the pupils lined up and went out of their respective
classrooms; they proceeded to the evacuation area. Then Ms. Geeree D.
Camporazo, Kinder adviser was able to check the attendance and made sure
everyone was in the right spot for evacuation. While the rest were in the
safest spot, Ms. Ode checked the rooms and good thing no one was left
behind.
