LIMITATIONS OF THE RESEARCH

 The research is restricted to H.R office, admin office, central


office and time office of polycab India limited Daman.
 The findings are based on the answers given by the employees,
so any error or biasness may affect the validity of the finding
 Time duration was one of the major limitations of the study.

Conclusion

On the basis of report employee satisfaction towards payroll at


polycab india limited i have analyzed that most employees are not
satisfied with the company payroll process due to following
reasons:
 Most of the employees are not satisfied with their basic pay
which is major reason of dissatisfaction for the employees.
 Most of the employees do not find the working environment
positive which affect their working efficiency.
 Most of the employees are not satisfied with the
performance appraisal methods used in the company.
 A good compensation package is important to motivate the
employees to increase the organizational productivity.
 The most competitive will help the organization to attract
and sustain the best talent.
