OBSERVANCE OF CAREER GUIDANCE WEEK Pursuant to DepEd Order Number 25, s. 20013, re: the Conduct of Career Guidance Week for High School Students shall be done or celebrated every last week of July. In relation to this, the field is expected to conduct said activity for this School Year (SY) on July 25 to 31,2019, . The Elementary Schools may also plan for this activity to have an orientation with their pupils about Career Guidance. Class advisers with the assistance of their guidance counselor/s or guidance designates and other school officials should plan meaningful activities on how to carry-out the said celebration with minimal interruptions on regular class schedules. Homeroom period could be utilized to conduct activities on top of classroom integration. ‘The use of resource speakers and/or parents’ involvement may be done as part of classroom integration of career and vocational concepts. Topics/activities could be derived from item No. 3 in the Enclosure to DepED Order 25, s. 2013. ‘The Narrative Report of this activity should be attached in the Quarterly Accomplishment ‘Report and to be validated during the First Quarterly Evaluation and Validation to be scheduled and announced later. ‘Immediate dissemination and compliance is directed.
