“RESOLVED THAT pursuant to Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other related
provisions (including any modification or re-enactment thereof), if any, of the
Companies Act, 2013, Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Jha (DIN: 03614525) & Mr. Anuj Sharma
(DIN: 07568458) are appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of
the Company w.e.f 1st day of August, 2019, who shall hold office upto the date of
ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company”

Company has received her consent in prescribed format of DIR-2 with interest in other
Companies.

“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT any of the present Director of the Company be and is hereby
authorized to file e-form DIR-12 with the Registrar of Companies and to take suitable
action for the implementation of the above said decision of the Board.”

practicing chartered accountant is here by authorized to pre certified the E form DIR 12
