Nowadays, the water scarcity turns in to a big crisis that we need to stop.

Here in the Philippines, we

recently experience water shortage supply. (lol d ko na alam hahahhaha!)

Water is essential for every living organism in this world. It sustains life and we all know that we can
never survive without it. Protecting water resources is a must for the sake of everyone and the future
population. Proper disposal of waste will prevent contamination of water bodies. Disposing toxics and
chemicals from different industry should not be tolerated by the government. They should implement a
law that will protect the oceans, river and other water bodies. Ensure minimal use of household
chemicals like detergent and reduce the use of pesticides and fertilizer. These is the few ways of
protecting water resources.

While we cannot control our water supply, we can control how much water we will use in our daily lives
like preventing water leakage of faucets, toilets and bathtubs. We should not let the water run as we
brush our teeth. Reuse wastewater to water the plants. Maintain irrigation system working properly.
Remember, conserving is preserving water supply. Every drop makes a difference.
