SCHOOL ROLL-OUT ON RESULTS BASED PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RPMS) MANUAL

FOR TEACHERS
SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL (SLAC)
May I request everyone to please settle down for we are about to start the program. Thank you.
To our dearest teachers, principal, and supervisor a pleasant Friday morning to all. I am Mary
Antonete Fudolino, your host for today. Allow me to use this opportunity to acknowledge the
presence of our Public Schools Division Supervisor, none other than Sir Edgar V. Sangalang, Doctor
of Education, thank you for coming Sir.
Now to formally start the program, may I request everyone to please stand and let us feel the
presence of our Almighty God to be led by Ma’am Janice Suaybaguio, followed by the singing of
the national anthem with Ma’am Marilyn Saporas conducting.
Please remain standing. Yes po because we are going to get energized. Galaw galaw tayo for a
while para naman we’ll surely be in a good condition for this activity. Kasi we know that we are
going to absorb a lot of things this day kaya naman the Grade 1 teachers really prepared for this
moment. Thank you also pala for our Grade 1 teachers, because they’re the ones who made this
activity possible. So, let’s get our body and minds warmed up.
Thank you teachers! Magagaling palang gumiling ang ating mga guro sa Visayan Village Central
Elemntary School! You may now take seats and breathe for a while.
While we are still quite out of breath, let’s have this opportunity to reflect on some matters and
perhaps change our way of thinking not just as a teacher but also as a human being. Let us all give
a round of applause for Ma’am Precious Jean Enriquez for a heart-warming thought for the day.
Thank you so much for a very thought provoking talk for today Ma’am Precious.
Now let us have a short roll call first for all our dear participants. I want to hear a loud clap coming
from the Grade 1 teachers! How about the Grade 2 teachres! Syempre hindi magpapahuli ang
Grade 3 department! Let us hear some noise coming from the Grade 4 department! At nandiyan
din ang mga Grade 5 teachers! And yun nay un. Joke syempre ang huli tinawag pero hiding hindi
magpapahuli na mga Grade 6 teachers!
I know this morning will not just be wonderful but also a day full of learnings and experiences. As
what the saying goes, teachers can’t give what they don’t have. This quote enourages the
teachers to really preset and enrich their minds to the fullest. I welcome you all to our seminar
entitled: SCHOOL ROLL-OUT ON RESULTS BASED PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RPMS)
MANUAL FOR TEACHERS
Now let’s not drag this any longer kasi alam you really wanted to start our discussion for today.
Please help me welcome our Public Schools Division Supervisor, Sir Edgar V. Sangalang. A warm
round of applause please!
Thank you so much, Sir.
Now that our minds have already been refreshed. May I call on our very own Principal, Sir Daniel
S. Tababa. Let’s give him a big hand!
Thank you so much for that, Sir Daniel. Medyo kinabahan ako sa sinabi ni Sir.
Now moving on to our next discussion, allow me to give you Ma’am Wilma De Gala to understand
more of RPMS tools. Let’s give her a round of applause.
Thank you so much, Ma’am Wilma.
Gutom naba kayo? We’ve been through a very informative morning today and I know if we fill our
minds, we have to fill our stomachs as well. So, let’s see each other after a short break. Thank you
so much to our dear facilitators today, Sir Daniel, Ma’am Wilma and of course Sir Edward V.
Sangalang. Have a great lunch, and see you later everyone.
SNACKS: Now let’s take a short break. Of course our minds need energy pills like food and I know
we are both hungry at the same time.
Good afternoon everyone! It’s nice to see you again in our activity for today. I hope you regained
the energy that you need for our next discussion. Before anything else, let us all welcome, Ma’am
Lynrose Grande to give us a short recap on the things that we discussed earlier. Let’s give her a
warm round of applause.
Thank you Ma’am Lynrose. Ang galing naman ni Ma’am talagang nakinig siya kanina eh. Ang
seryoso niya habang nakikinig kanina talagang focus na focus.
And now para naman medyo maburn yung calories na kinain natin kanina, I request everyone to
please stand for our energizer. To keep our minds in proper conditioning of course for another set
of discussion this afternoon.
Thank you so much, you may now take your seats.
And now let us move to our next discussion, to give us the use of COT in RPMS, let us all welcome,
Ma’am Wilma de Gala, a round of applause please.
Thank you so much, ma’am. We have learned so much from our facilitators today. Tama po ba?
Well, that’s not all, allow me to call on Sir Daniel S. Tababa for the COT RPMS Forms, followed by
the COT RPMS in Portfolio Organization and Protocols with Ma’am Wilma de Gala later. Let’s give
them a big hand.
Thank you so much Sir Daniel and Ma’am Wilma. So those are the things that we need to
accomplish dear teachers. Kaya ba? Kayang kaya!
We’re down to the last part of our program and syempre may konting pakulo pa. Let us welcome
once again Sir Edgar V. Sangalang. A warm of applause.
Thank you so much for that very interesting challenge for today, Sir. I believe that the teachers are
really going to do their best for your challenge.
Now, let us move to the awarding of certificates. May I request our Public Schools Division
Supervisor, Sir Edgar V. Sangalang, our very own school Principal II Sir Daniel S. Tababa and Master
Teacher II, Ma’am Wilma B. De Gala.

And of course for our facilitators today, allow me to extend our gratidute for giving us your
insights and knowledge today through this certificate/simple token.
Thank you so much once again Sir and Ma’am.
