Greetings of Peace!

In compliance and as mandated by City Ordinance No.006, s of 2014, an ordinance revising in its entirety
the Tricycle Advisory Council (TFAC) ordinance and establishing rules and regulations on tricycle
operatives in the City of Sorsogon.

Route/Zone of operation – is the actual and specific area of operation of the tricycle which shall
be indicated in the franchise. This is usually serviced and covered by one or ore tricycle
associations.

Therefore, effective on March 26, 2018, we will implement thus route system. The members of BALOGO
TRIMOBILE ASSOCIATION and the residence of Urban Poor owning a motorcycle unit with franchise shall
be the only authorize to use the parking area and to pick up passengers at the Urban Poor Village.
