Hi Fred,

Hope this letter finds you in perfect health. It’s been a long time since we have met and I really miss our
college time together. Anyways, I just wanted to tell you that I moved into a new MNC company in gurgaon,
recently.

Though, I was able to learn new technologies in my previous company but the working culture was seriously
bad. We were given unrealistic target to achieve and that too at the end of the week for which we had to
work on weekends as well. I barely could get time for my family and friends. Moreover, the roaster was
planned so inappropriately that I usually worked on national holidays and festivals. All these things took a
great toll on me and I decided to switch to a product based Company, altogether. Here at my new workplace
I’m responsible for the product testing before final delivery. The working environment and colleagues
boosts you magically. We have fixed off on weekends and the best part is that you get paid for Overtime.

And you know what? I’ve enrolled myself for a weekend course for Professional certification in my testing
profile which I believe will help me in my future promotions and skills.

Take care and stay connected!

With Love,
XYZ

Choosing to live in an apartment or in a house in one’s own personal choice. While some choose to live in a
house, rests believe it is more beneficial in an apartment. Both have its good and bad side which is discussed
in the following essay.

Firstly, Living in a house gives you the freedom to renovate at will. With the need of flaunting your beautiful
home, change is of utmost importance. A number of online markets are there to provide economical
decorative items. Thereby, giving you an option to enhance the look of your house. Secondly, owning your
own house means you do not need to share resources with your neighbours like water which might
sometimes be a problem due to water shortage. You would have direct uninterrupted lines from the pubic
water supply system. However, Owning a house requires a huge amount of investment but ultimately it
becomes a valuable asset and a source of acquiring loans.

On the other hand, the apartments has a whole lot to offer like security systems, Wi-Fi services, playing
grounds but all these facilities comes with a hefty fees along with the high rentals. Moreover, you might be
asked for more money anytime for maintenance and other renovation activities. With so much of investment
still, your peace is at stake if you are not lucky enough to find good neighbours. For Eg: If your neighbours
are a group of college students then you might have to bear loud music all night making it unpleasant for
you.

In conclusion, investing in a house is challenging but is more advantageous rather than spending huge
amounts for something, which can never be ours.
