Subject:- Request for issue of corrigendum regarding the tender of video wall

Reference:- Tender no IITD/ETSC(SP-2330)/2019 for supply installation & commissioning of video

Respected Sir,

With reference to the tender number referred above . We introduced ourself as "Pioneer aluminum
Pvt Ltd" having over 30 years of experience in signage and video wall, and also the authorized dealer
of Samsung and LG screen. We have read the issued tender and very much like to participate in it.
However, upon further study of the tender documents following observation is made

1. Bezel Width(mm):- In the tender documents bezel width is mentioned as 1.5 mm. It's requested to
increase the same to 1.8 mm as 1.5 mm bezel is not available in the displays and if we go to 1 mm
bezel the price will go up exponentially.

2. External sensor:- In the tender document the external sensor of detachable type(IR, Ambient)
type is required but these type of sensor will have no implication whatsoever in the type of usage
sought by you, therefore, it's requested to delete this requirement.

Therefore it's requested to issue a corrigendum against the referred tender regarding both the point
mentioned above, enabling us to quote the best of the rate to your institution.
