3 valuable tips for all future programmers

In the next few paragraphs we will present three valuable tips shared by our trainers and lecturers, with the
hope to ignite your programming passion and inspire you to always stick to your boldest goals.
Viktor Kostadinov
R&D LEAD
Viktor Kostadinov starts exploring the IT field for the first time in the 2nd grade. Since then, his passion has
been increasing more and more throughout the years, making him strive for excellence. Today he is an R&D Lead
at the Software University.
Viktor’s advice to all future developers:
“Never stop striving for growth, even after every success you achieve in your life. A true professional is always up to
date with the latest technology trends and spends a lot of time reading, learning new things, attending trainings and
conferences, and experimenting with new programming languages.”
Ivaylo Kenov
TRAINER AND CTO AT SOFTUNI
Ivaylo initially plans to become a construction engineer but he quickly realizes that this isn’t in alignment with
his true desires. As a student, he accidentally stumbles into the IT field where he starts a free programming
course, which gives the rise to a new ambition of his - to become a professional programmer. Currently he is a
trainer and CTO at SoftUni.
Here is his advice to the programming students:
“There are many obstacles along to road to success - many unfamiliar concepts and seemingly unsolvable tasks.
However, these obstacles are there for a reason and, believe it or not, very soon you will start realizing there's no such
thing as “unsolvable” or “impossible”. Becoming successful requires a lot of motivation and dedication, and trust me, all
the work is worth it because the IT industry offers amazing opportunities for young talents. Never give up.”

TRAINER AND TRAINING MANAGER AT SOFTUNI
Wvaylo Zhelev identifies himself as a very creative person with a powerful imagination and actually finds that the
software engineering field responds perfectly to his talents. He starts exploring the field as a child and never
loses passion for it. He is currently a trainer and a training manager at the Software University.
He advises all of the future programmers the following:
“Follow your goals until you achieve them. There’s no doubt that you will face difficulties on your way to the top. Every
person has his own perceptions and ways to learn new things. Everyone is special in their own way. Find what's special
in you in turn it into the foundation of your future development!"
