I filed a petition for my wife on 11/13/2017. 1 withdrew that petition because on/around November 2018, I discovered messages between Maiya Yefimova-Ikoku and her childhood friend Svetlana(Lana) Bayeva discussing using me and/or anyone she could find for the sole purpose of getting a green card/U.S. Citizenship via marriage. Even discussing contemplating using the conception and birth of a child to achieve said goal. These messages where in Russian which I have had officially translated by California Center For Translation and Interpretation, notarized as well. ‘These messages show Maiya’a true intentions and that unbeknownst to me, she never enter the marriage in Good Faith and used our son simply as a means to an end, an “anchor baby" so to speak. Our son was conceived around July 2015, we got married on September 9", 2015. Maiya knew by becoming pregnant in the best interests of my son I agree to marry her. To me this explains why she is very abusive to our son, he is now just a burden that she simply had KA to use the same way she used me. Also as Maiya as stated and also introduced messages between myself and third parties as evidence in a related family court case, she went through my phone and I went through hers, that was the dynamic in our relationship. Records show my son was born on 01/31/2016 at 27weeks and 6days, that puts his date of conception at around July 2015. Way before the date of marriage of 9/9/2015, the fact that she altered the dates under Oath, claiming that after we got married September 9th, 2015, we became pregnant. Actually ‘speaks to the fact that unbeknownst to me the marriage was never in good faith, to Maiya my son was just a means to an end, a way to get a green card. That's what all this is about. See Exhibit B. ‘There are messages between Maiya and her Russian friend forever Svetlana discussing ways to get a green card/papers, either through marriage with a guy named Dale and the need to have a baby to seal the deal so to speak. Please see Exhibit C Also around the time of my sons conception around July, 2015, messages between Maiya and Svetlana show Malya was hot and heavy over a record producer in the same apartment building, Please see Exhibit D | never threatened Maiya with divorce and again messages between Maiya and Svetlana show she did push for marriage for whatever her reasons were and | said no, another lie under Oath. Please see Exhibit E Only after | found out we were pregnant, did I try to do the right thing and marry Malya. Messages do show that unbeknownst to me Maiya was actively trying to get pregnant solely for the purposes of procuring a green card, knowing | am the kind of guy that would "do the right thing". Please see Exhibit F. Maiya somehow "magically" contracted an STO called Cytomegalovirus CMV which is known to cause pre-term labor/birth and Jaundice, which my son both had. Maiya hide that fact from me and later ‘transmitted it to me, which | only found out the second time | was trying to donate blood for my son. Please see Exhibit G Needless to say that caused some tension, and Maiya continued to deny and lie about it, even under Oath/penalty of perjury as recent as January 9th, 2019 in her declaration in the related family court ase. But then later admitted it to an Los Angeles county DCFS investigator while concocting a magical L—2arF STD contraction story Also in Maiya's Declaration under oath/penalty of perjury in the Family Court case, Maiya lied so more stating that | never did anything to help with our son, including taking him to doctor and so on... Well after the court hearing on January 14th, 2019, were I stated showing a stack of papers, that | have evidence that proves Maiya is ving under Oath, the very next day she sends an email to DCFS changing her story, proving she knows she was making alot of this stuff up. Please see Exhibit H Messages show that | was for daycare and | actually encouraged Maiya to get a job so we can have more income coming in and afford daycare. Maiya was the one that did not want to do so, instead tried to use him as an excuse. Please see Exhibit | 'never wanted her isolated, | was working most of the time, she was free to do as she saw fit, from play dates to actually getting a job. Malya would leave milk in the baby bottles for days letting the milk and bottle rot, then would later do a quick rinse and feed our son out of those bottles. | would to the trouble of buying 8 bottles, so our son could always have a clean sterilized bottle, To no avail... Finances were very tight, trying to keep a roof over our heads, and provide for our son. There was no extra for Maiya or myself, hence | repeatedly encouraged Maiya to get a job, to no avail. have no control over her getting her driver's license, because of my hectic work schedule, | encouraged her to take drivers ed/course, she declined saying she knew haw to drive. Couldn't not teach her to drive with a baby in the car. ‘On May 16th, she claimed | took her phone and laptop, and cut off for a week. That was a flat out lie, records, text, emails show it was actually May 16th, 2016. Records show Matya was never cut off from anyone for any period amount of time, another lie. Like Maiya as stated we both went through each others phones, that was the dynamic in our relationship. This was in response to the STD she gave me, which | found out a few weeks earlier from trying to donate blood to my son. Records show Maiya was in constant contact with her mother, | responded to an email from her mom, detailing how someone could use a child as a means to an end. unbeknownst to me Maiya's mother who hhas connections and/or worked for the KGB/FSB was setting me up. She even copy and pasted the email to Maiya in real time as messages/records show. Maiya was never cut off or isolated for any period of time. We had two trips to the East Coast in the span ofa few months, one to my cousin's wedding and the next to see my sister's new born baby and have our son meet his new cousin. | explained to Malya that we couldn't all go to both trips and the more important one for our son is to meet his cousin. (On the | left, | packed my bags, kissed and said goodbye. After | came back from Boston, we all later ‘went to Maryland we our son and his cousin got baptized together. If Maiya had no idea were | was and was worried about me why didn't she just text me? As opposed to texting her girlfriend or wanting to call the cops?... more falsehoods Please see Exhibit L When she did text | responded, all Malya did was ask for money, so even though before I left | made sure groceries were taken care of, even putting the list together and doing some of the shopping myself, | also left Maiya with some money, ! asked her how much she needed, and Maiya is the one that. specified the amount of approximately $30, so that's the amount I sent. Please see Ex it One minute | isolated her, the next minute she made/had lots of friends... ‘As Maiya stated, | encouraged her to get a job to help out in the household but then the next minute I'm isolating her and financially abusing her. | stayed home with our son on multiple occasions so Maiya could work with her friend Caro and her cooking business, but then she would come home and say she made no money. So that's why it was imperative that while her mom was in town, she get a job, as L-b apy ‘mom would be around to help with the transition and then full time daycare/preschool for our son, Instead she went to go submit our son for modeling.. | never said she was a worthless person, per our discussions, she didn't want to take jobs were most of. the money would go to preschool/daycare, so Malya would rather do nothing, Please see Exhibit P. Did not happen Sean and I get along great, we play with each others sons, it's when there was a special moment like jumping in the pool, Sean came to me and said "I got Adonis to jump in the pool, they didn’t tell you? They didn’t” All| asked was just keep me in the loop. After my son showed up with a black eye, that Maiya claimed was from preschool, keep in mind the school had no record of any such incident. | became suspicious, and investigated, which | have a right to do since there was a reasonable suspicion of a crime, last time | checked child abuse is sill a crime, Well | couldn't figure out why anyone would treat your child, any child, and a borderline special needs child due to premature birth the way Maiya was treating our son. And then | looked at records and found these messages between Maiya and her Russian friend Lana, that's when it became crystal clear to me, that this marriage was never in Good Faith, my son was just a "means to an end” and is now an unnecessary burden for his mother Maiya. That's when I declined to go to the interview and withdrew my side of the application/petition, 1 was done being used. She asked for $20 to take my son to the Zoo, | sent her $60. one minute I'm financially abusing Malya, the next minute I'm using psychological warfare...
