All reservations and agreement are made upon, and are subject to the following conditions:
1. Reservation Fee (for the event date) is worth Php 5,000 and will be deducted to the
total amount of the chosen package. Down payment, amounting to a Half (50%) of the
total amount should be paid
- One (1) month before the event if it’s a Service-Only, Christening or Birthday
Celebration.
- One to Two (1-2) month(s) before the event if it’s a Debut.
- Three (3) months before the event if it’s a Wedding or Thematic Event.
These Fees are non-refundable. The remaining amount can be paid one (1) day before
the Event date.
2. Our staff (waiter, buffet attendant, floor attendant etc.) will render four (4) hours of
service – starting from the given time of the event. This does not include set up.
Overtime fee is Php 100.00 per hour per staff.
3. The customer will provide food containers for any leftovers.

4. Should the customer choose any package that includes a photo gallery, photo wall
etc., the customer must provide the photos a week before the event otherwise, it
will be forfeited.
5. The customer agrees to pay any lost/damaged amenities/equipment caused by the
guests.
