Almost all projects of the eNGP failed at our province because of corruption. We are. ‘@ member of upland farmers association, we are the witness of the corrupt implementation of the People’s organization and the DENR officials, For example, the People's association want us to plant budded rubber tree, The problem is they gave us a seedlings which is recorded to be budded. Moreover, they dont even inform us on what are the budget for the maintainance and for the replanting. The seeclings that are planted are substandard which are bought by a lower price to the local market. For example the grafted cacao trees are bought 20pe80s while itis, recorded to be 35 pesos. Same with the rubber tee they bought a seedling worth of 10pesos and itis recorded to be 36pesos. In terms of validation, the DENR don't even take it seriously. A total of 150 hectares of land area are recorded by the DENR to have been planted but even when you go in our province not even 4 hectares are successfully planted, The money of Filipino are in waste. Only the People's Organization and the DENR officials benefits this project through corrupt implementation, Please seriously investigate and verify the project of DENR eNGP al Zamboanga del Norte.
