Dear Madame Betancourt.

My name is Laura Sofia Romero Uribe and I am the secretary of the college science club; I write
you with the intention of organize a group visit to your museum because, if my students attend
to the museum, they would acquire a lot of knowledge thanks to the exhibition; for that reason, I
wish you could answer me a series of questions I have.
My goal with this exhibition is to enrich the knowledge of my students about New discoveries for
which I would appreciate a discount for the group.
I need to know if it is possible le that my students and I can arrive at 12:00 am to attend the
exhibition and have a guided visit to finally leave at 5:00 pm, also , I wonder if I have to book my
students or if it is any maximum or minimum number of people that can attend. At the same
time, would you please tell me if the museum have snack bar or picnic space available and if it
is okay to take pictures with the camera please.
