Importance of starting a project with a good process of analysis and design

Because a synergy is generated where analysis + design = quality

This discipline is basically about determining the objectives to be achieved, the limits that this
system can have, characterizing and defining its structure, the actions it can take and its
operation.

The analysis helps us to have a better planning, about the project that we want to present.

In addition to that you must mark the guidelines that allow you to achieve your main objectives
that are proposed and evaluate the cause-consequence factor.

This provides a framework, which allows for reasonable estimates of resources such as costs
and time planning.

It can be said that the analysis specifies what the system should do. The design establishes
how to achieve the objective.
In the Analysis, the behavior or operation of the Company is known and how the software must
adapt to it.

Design is the creative part of everything, thinking of the end user, easy to use, practical or
simple.

For these reasons, it is important to ensure that the project reaches a successful conclusion, to
avoid reprocessing and to guarantee that the development and implementation of the project
will not be delayed.

Additionally, it will guarantee that the development and implementation of efficient and agile
solutions will allow us to increase our Good Will as developers or entrepreneurs.
