SKA Muda Requirements:

- Copy of Legalized Diploma Certificate (University or Notary)

- Copy of Indonesian ID
- Fill in SKA Application Form
- Copy of NPWP (Indonesian Tax Documents) (Color)
- 5 Pcs Photo (Color 3x4 cm)
- SKA Muda Form
- Curriculum Vitae with working experience for at least 3 years (with list of last 3
years project detail (Project year, Position in that project and Project Type must be
same with SKA Major type requested) and signed with blue ink)
- Graduated for at least 3 years
- Request and Data Approval Statement (Using Rp. 6000 Materai)
- Seminar or Training Certificate (Optional)
- Finish administration
- Cell Phone number, Office Phone number, Home Phone number and email
- Detail of last project
- 2 of Working statement reference
Other Requirement:

1. SKA Requirement from HAKI

 Need to wait for test’s quota (1 week to 1 month)
 Interview needed (person to person)
 Rp. 2,500,000,- (6,500 NTD) for SKA Muda
 Seminar at August in Jakarta
 Need NPWP (Tax Document for personal from Indonesia)
 SKA will be done within 1 week to 1 month from test date
 Applicant need to become a member of HAKI

2. SKA Requirement from ASTTI

 Need to wait for test’s quota (1 week to 1 month)
 Applicant need to become a member of ASTTI
 Interview needed (person to person)
 Rp. 2,500,000,- (6,500 NTD) for SKA Muda and ASTTI member registration
 Need to attend Training and Short Course before test
 Need NPWP (Tax Document for personal from Indonesia)
 SKA will be done within 2 week from test date
Open Construction Company in Indonesia

1. Type of Company
There are 2 types of Business registration for a construction company.
 Foreign-owned Private Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas
Penanaman Modal Asing – PT PMA)
 Representative Office of a Foreign Construction Company (Badan Usaha Jasa
Konstruksi Asing – BUJKA)

Differences:

PT PMA:

 Ownership Allowance : Up to 67% Shares (33% Shares from Local Company)

 The share percentage of each business partner is clear and stated in the notarial
article of association
 No Payment required to deposited to Bank Indonesia each year
 25% of Company Capital must be saved in one of Indonesian Bank Company
 PT PMA can directly execute the construction activities

BUJKA :

 Ownership Allowance : Up to 100% Shares

 To participate in a Tender, BUJKA is commonly obliged to take local company
partner that already owned a Construction License through Join Operation
Agreement
 BUJKA is obliged to pay USD 10000 per year to deposit it directly to Bank Negara
Indonesia as one of the requirements to issue or renew IUJK (Ijin Usaha Jasa
Konstruksi – Construction Business Permit)
 25% of Company Capital must be saved in one of Indonesian Bank Company

o Notarial of Deeds of Establishment / Article of Association
o Approval Letter from Ministry of Justice and Human Right
o Domicile Letter from Regional Government Office
o Corporate Tax Id (NPWP)
o Company Registration’s Certificate from Mayor’s Office (TDP)
o SKA / Expert Certificate from LPJK
 o ISO Certificate (depending on membership requirements)
o Membership Certificate from National Construction Association
o SBU / Company Registration Certificate from LPJK
o Business License for Construction Service (SIUJK)
