Advisory on

eFPS Intermittent Availability

Taxpayers who encounter eFPS intermittent availability a

day before or on deadline day are advised to:

1. Capture screen shot of their problem/issue encountered

2. Lodge/call problem/issue with the BIR Customer
Assistance Division tel. no. 981-8888, email
contact_us@cctr.bir.gov.ph
3. Use eBIRForms Offline Package v5.2 to efile. The package
can be downloaded from the following sites:
a. www.knowyourtaxes.ph;
b. http://ftp.pregi.net/bir/ebirforms_package_v5.2.zip
c. Dropbox using this link: http://goo.gl/UCr8XS;
3. Pay manually with the Accredited Agent Banks (AABs) with
the printed copy of the tax return filed thru eBIRForms.
4. Re-file the appropriate tax return/s via EFPS, fifteen (15)
days from the date of filing using eBIRForms.
