SUB: Offer for Corbett Interiors Brand Nurse Station for your on-going project
in Moradabad.
With reference to our meeting and subsequent discussions held with you for
requirement of Nurse Station for your above mentioned project. As desired by you,
we are pleased to submit our offer as detailed under:
One Counter Front with 19mm Ply Construction, with White Laminate inside and Grey
Mesh Greenlam on visible area, with Keyboard, CPU stand, 12 mm PinBoard and
Fabric.
And Two Mobile Units with 19mm Commercial Ply Construction with White Laminate,
Greenlam Outside, 6mm Ply for the back side, with 400mm Telescopic channel, Castor
Wheel
And Thee Wall Cabinet with 19mm Comm. Ply,
With White laminate inside, Greenlam on visible surface,
With Crank Hinges, 6mm ply on the back side.
And One Wall Cabinet, 19mm Comm. Ply, with Greenlam on visible surface,
With 12mm Ply partitions.
And Two Base Cabinet, with 19mm Ply, with white laminate inside,
With Grey Mesh Greenlam outside, with Crank Hinges, 6mm Ply back and 6” handles.
And One 4-Drawer Cabinet, with 19mm Ply Carcass, with White Laminate inside and
Greenlam outside, with Telescopic channels 400mm, with 6mm Ply Back.
And One Sink Unit, White Laminate inside and Greenlam outside, 19mm Ply
construction,
With Crank Hinges, back 6mm Ply, handles and top strip.

Above rates are for supply of furniture only. Acrylic Stone, Chairs, Unloading etc., are
beyond the scope of this offer and prices are excluding same.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
Sales Tax – CST@1% Extra against Form C – and without C form, State Local Taxes
will be applicable as actual on above prices.
Any change in Govt. Levies will be charged as per actual to buyers account and rates
ruling at the time of actual dispatch shall be applicable. Taxes applicable as per actual
after GST will be levied to be borne by the buyer. UP Billing will be through M/s INDO
ASIAN LUMBERS, Moradabad.
Freight: These prices are ex- Factory and freight from our factory to Site shall be
extra as per actual – To be paid and borne by you but Installation will be within our
scope.
Payment Terms – 35% Advance along with commercially and technically clear order
and 100% payment of each consignment against Performa Invoice before dispatch of
material from our factory. Advance to be adjusted as mutually agreed upon.
Delivery – Supplies will start within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of your
technically & commercially clear order and advance. Balance supply shall be adhered
as discussed and agreed.
Offer Validity – Our offer is valid till 06.06.2017 for acceptance and 6 MONTH for
deliveries from the date of Order.
