Rules for Round 1

1. An email will be sent to all the participants with a password protected file
2. Password will be shared at 9 PM (example timing) on Student Council Facebook page
3. The file will consist of an Excel workbook having 20 Excel sheets labelled from
Question 1 to Question 20
4. Every worksheet will have 1 question followed by a word search. The word search will
have the answer for that particular question
5. Every question carries an equal weightage
6. Participants need to find the answer and then highlight the word (correct answer) in the
puzzle in green colour
7. The participants are expected to mark only 1 answer for every question, unless
specified. If multiple answers are marked, the question will not be considered for
evaluation
8. The solved excel sheet must be uploaded on the Google form (link)
9. Total of 20 minutes will be allotted in which the participants are expected to complete
the questions and upload the excel file on the Google form.
10. The following naming convention should be followed by all the participants:
TeamName_Round 1_MatterMind
11. The form will close after 20 minutes and no further extension will be provided

 Failure to adhere to any of the above-mentioned rules, will result in the

disqualification of the entire team.
 Decision of Student Council is final and binding.
