This year's theme is “Ani ng Sining: Philippine Arts Festival’, wherein it underscores the creative power of arts and its role as a catalyst for change. It also highlight arts as a reflection of the nation’s soul, and from it our pride of being Filipino, To promote public awareness in the observance of the event, all government agencies are enjoined to extend their full support through the following activities: 1. Organize creative activities related to this year’s theme (e.g. music, dance, theater performances, film screening or visual arts exhibits). 2. Display of the 2019 National Arts Month streamer in the agency's premises including Regional and Field offices. 3. Participation in various National Arts Month activities nationwide.
