Company’s Problem

Raising a farm for business purposes requires patience, hard work, good strategy and
love for the environment. Like any other businesses, there will always be a problematic
situation. For Teofely Farm, raising Philippine Native pigs takes time. Especially if you want to
raise your native pigs naturally, without giving them any inorganic supplements that hurries their
growth. First problem that Teofely farm faces is the fact that it would take time for the native pigs
to be fully grown, yet healthy grown Philippine native pigs is the strength, benefit and specialty
of Teofely Farm, because it has better quality than others. Second TeoFely Nature Farms must
reach its full design capacity made for its operation. There are many unoccupied part of its facility as
we visit their location and one of it is the piggery. There are like 50 cages made for pigs but around
30 only is occupied. TeoFely Nature Farms must pay attention to this since the main source of
revenue comes from the meat products they sell. If the number of pig increases, then there’s a
possibility that the sales will also increase due to the increase of volume in pigs which will they
process for outputs. And third Teofely farm’s location is unfriendly to its customers, the place is
hidden in the small roads of Silang and lacks signage. Therefore it makes Teofely Farm a place that
is hardly accessible for the customers.
