To Whom It May Concern:

A certain client of yours, Leodenis Languisan, issued several personal checks under
account number ___________ in my favor pursuant to an investment arrangement we
have. Unfortunately, when I encashed the said checks they were dishonored due to
lack of sufficient funds in that particular account. Photocopies of the above mentioned
check are attached herein for your reference.

As Mr. Languisan failed to heed to my demands to replace the checks or pay the
amount due to me, I am planning to file a case for violation of B.P. 22 against him.
However, he has already moved out of the address he has given me and I cannot locate
his whereabouts. As you may be aware, his address is vital and indispensable
information in the criminal complaint I am about to file. Therefore, I kindly request
that you provide me the listed address for the above mentioned account number of
Mr. Languisan.

I am aware that there are bank secrecy laws in this jurisdiction, however, upon perusal
of those laws particularly Republic Act No. 1405, as amended, I am of the opinion that
my request would not violate said laws. The bank secrecy laws prohibits disclosure of
information relative to the deposits of whatever nature with banks, as I am merely
after the address of Mr. Languisan and not details of his deposits with your bank – my
request is clearly beyond the protection of bank secrecy laws. Thus, by providing me
the address of Mr. Languisan AUB would be in no way violating the law and expose
itself to any liability whatsoever.

I hope to hear a favorable response from your good office soon.
