Good day! I, Kris Japheth S. Canales, would like to propose a special service within
Rosewood Point. I want to express my request through this letter for your approval for me to
conduct a personal fitness training with some interested residents and also group workout sessions
that most of them might like. This will be conducted in their own unit(s), in the fitness
center(Gym), or outdoor, but still within Rhapsody Residences area. Catering a service like this
will give the clients their convenience, whereas experiencing a hassle-free personal fitness training
in the comfort of their own place. Also, this is one of my ways to promote and indulge to people
what fitness really is and to help them understand that being healthy is not a short period activity,
but a lifestyle.

I chose Rhapsody Residences with the reason that I already have clients here. Through this,
I would like to ask permission for you to allow me to operate such activity in the place and have
bundle of flyers that maybe visible in the front desk of each building and in the entrance door of
the fitness center for some residents to see if possible. With this, I can also help to contribute
promote and market the said residence and attract more possible prospects that will somehow
interested to invest or reside to the place. I will be looking forward to hear from you and for I to
prepare any necessary requirements for this kind of operation.
