TIPS FOR 1:1 CLASSROOM

MANAGEMENT
Have a cue for students to know that they need to pay
attention and put their devices down
Ex: count down from 5, "one two three eyes on me"
Move around the classroom to monitor students
screens to make sure they are on task
Remind students that they should only be using the
app or be on the website they are using for that
lesson
Try not to draw attention to students if they are off
task and you need to take their device and place it at
your desk
Have a rule to keep devices on students desks and
not their laps
