To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this reference at the request of Hannah Tweedy. I have known Hannah since her freshman
year at UNI in my capacity of Ministry Director for Campus Christian Fellowship (CCF). Hannah has been
active in this organization ever since she came to Northern Iowa and has served as a small group facilitator,
a part of the worship team, a student leader, and as a student intern. In each of these roles she has
performed well and has been a vital part of our student organization.

Hannah has numerous strengths that will be an asset to anyone. She has worked hard for CCF in every
capacity she has endeavored, whether it be playing the keyboard at our gatherings or helping with house
demolition and storm damage clean up on one of our service trips. Hannah is especially sensitive to
making welcome those whom others might overlook.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend Hannah. Based on my experience with her, she will be an
