Rules and regulations

Safety
Every member must have (safety boot, overall, helmet and a valid insurance cover) at all times
during work. Every member has to keep working environment safe for everybody around the
company. Therefore, each member has to arrange firewood in a safe manner and adhere to the
given instruction from the field keeper on duty.

Discipline
Fight, theft, drunkenness, bad language is not acceptable. Drastic measures shall be taken against
anybody who violates any of the above and he/she will be forced out of the group through legal
measures in conjunction with the company’s security.

Obedience to the field keeper


No member is allowed to dispose any big size and other type of firewood in the company apart
from those accepted by the company. If anybody is found he/she shall face any discipline
measures subjected to him/her by the field keeper on duty.

Employer
The suppliers, brokers and the owner have the right to assign work to other available members in
new trucks that has never supplied to the company before. Also, in cases where those who work
on a certain truck or trucks fail their job the employer should allocate any available member
without any compromise! This is not acceptable and shall not apply to cases concerning
manipulation of working fee, big sized firewood, wrong types of firewood and discrimination.

Owner
The owner of the firewood shall be subjected to normal charges in scenarios where members sort
acceptable and those unacceptable pieces during offloading.

Hygiene
All members should not share overall and they should keep them clean at all times to avoid
communicable diseases.

New members
New members will only be accepted in replacements to avoid overcrowding and ease supervision
in the company.
Work
If any truck is offloaded more than two and a half steaks outside the company, those individuals
assigned the work will proceed to work on the same truck inside the company. If the truck is to
be loaded fully, the loaders will be paid by the owner outside the company, but they will not
work on the same truck inside the company unless they are the ones who were allocated it.
The chairman has the powers and will be the one to handle and solve cases concerning trucks
and off loaders. This must be done outside the company to avoid disturbance in the company.
His/her decision which must be based from listening to both parties, witness members, honesty
and fairness is final!
