DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

Register of Deeds of Tarlac City, Philippines, and which land is more particularly described as follows:

Cruz, Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Tarlac containing an area of
TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT (2,698) square meters,
more or less".

That I do hereby declare unto the said VENDEE that I have the lawful right to sell and dispose the above-
described real property and guaranty the same free from the claim or lien of any person whomsoever.

The Vendee acknowledged to have inspected, or inspect/verify the property and status of the above-described
parcel of land to ascertain \the actual condition hereof;

That the above-described parcel is a residential lot and the provision of the New Civil Code have been fully
complied within the execution of this Deed of Absolute Sale.
