MI FAVORITE DISH

GOOD EVENING TEACHER AND CLASSMATH. Today speak about my favorite dish, its
ingredients and its preparation.

PRESENTATION

My favourite dish at lunch is chicken noodle because my mother makes it delicious.

It´s an easy and quick dish to prepare. This dish consists of noodles with chicken dipped I
tomato sauce plus potate dipped in huancaine cream.

INGREDIENTS:

-1 pack of 500 grams of noodles, thick or thin, depends on the taste.

-5 mature tomatoes.

-3 medium onions.

-3 medium carrots.

-8 chicken prey

-3 tablespoons of ground garlic.

-a little salt, pepper and cumin.

-5 tablespoons of red pepper.

-mushroom and laurel.

PREPARATION

1. Spice the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, cumin, red pepper (2 teaspoons) and
ground garlic (2 teaspoons) and let it rest.
2. Grate the carrot, also liquefy onions and tomatoes separately.
3. Fry the chicken on medium fire until it´s golden.
4. After frying, remove the chicken, add the liquefied onion and if necessary, add splash
of oil. Fry the onion by moving it so it doesn´t burn and add a spoonful of ground garlic
and the three remaining spoonful of red chili. Fry everything for a few minutes until
it´s reduced and at its point.
5. Then, add the liquefied tomatoes and fry; a little of salt, pepper and cumin, check the
taste. We let cook for four or five minutes.
6. Now we add the grated carrots and cook medium.
7. Meanwhile, in a pot, place some water, some salt, and splash of oil to cook the
noodles. When the water starts boiling place the noodles and cook them.
8. Add the chicken pieces and lower the firepower. Now add the laurel leaves and
mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes and if it´s too dry add some water and oil.
9. When the noodles are ready, remove the water and mix it with some of the sauce to
give it some color. Then, put some noodles, the sauce and the chicken prey or the
meat on top.
10. Finally, the potato is prepared for the Huancaine.
