- Foreign Guest: Have to show Permanent Resident Card Or Passport for checking-in at Resort


- Giam giá 50% giá phòng hát Karaoke (giam giá trên bang giá quy định, không áp dụng đối với chương trình khuyến mai) -
50% discount on private Karaoke room rates (based on officially quoted prices, non-cumulative with other promotions)

 Early check-in will be offered based on availability and If you wish to guarantee your early check -in, the additional charge is required at

50% of the Villa rate (excepted reservation villa for day use). / Khách có thê nhân phòng sớm tùy thuôc vào tình trang

phòng trống; nếu khách muốn đam bao việc nhân phòng sớm thì phai thanh toán thêm 50% giá phòng (trừ các đặt phòng trong ngày).

 Late check-out if
requested:
- After 12:00 to 15:00 will be charged at 50% of the Villa rate of departure date or the one night Villa rate/ nếu tra phòng sau 12h00-
15h00 thanh toán thêm 30% giá phòng của ngày tra phòng.
- After 15:00 to 18:00 will be charged at 50% of the Villa rate of departure date or the one night Villa rate/ Nếu check out sau 15h00-
18h00 thanh toán thêm 50% giá phòng của ngày tra phòng.
- After 18:00 will be charged at 100% of the Villa rate of departure date or the one night Villa rate/ Nếu check out sau 18h00 thanh
toán thêm 100% giá phòng của ngày tra phòng.
 Notes: Sound service is only served until 10:00pm all days/ Khu Resort chỉ phục vụ dịch vụ âm thanh đến 10h tối hàng

V/ Cancellation / No Show/ Shorter Stay Policy / Chính sách hủy, giảm dịch vụ:

 Cancellation should be informed directly to Flamingo Dai Lai Resort. In case of late cancellation, the cancellation fees below will
be debited from the guest’s credit card or deducted from the pre-paid amount to our account. Việc hủy đặt phòng biệt thự phải được
thông báo trực tiếp đến khu nghỉ Flamingo Đại Lải Resort. Trong trường hợp hủy muộn, lệ phí hủy bỏ dưới đây sẽ được rút từ thẻ tín
dụng của khách hoặc trừ vào số tiền trả trước vào tài khoản của khu nghỉ.
 Any cancellation between 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 70% of the total room night revenue for all rooms reserved. Bất cứ

việc hủy bỏ trong khoảng 30 ngày trước ngày đến nhận phòng, Quý khách sẽ phải trả 70% doanh thu cho tất cả các phòng đã đặt trước


 Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to 14:00 PM of the arrival date, no-show or shorter stay due to early departure will be charged 100%

of the total room night and other services revenue (full length-stay, full reservation). Bất cứ sự hủy bỏ trong khoảng ít

hơn 30 ngày đến trước 14:00 PM trong ngày đến nhận phòng, hoặc Quý khách không đến, hoặc giảm thời gian do trả phòng sớm Quý khách sẽ chịu phí

100% tổng số đêm phòng và tổng các dịch vụ khác (nếu có đặt trước) Alterations of booking in terms of dates and number of room are considered as

cancellation. Việc thay đổi đặt phòng về số đêm phòng và số lượng phòng được coi như việc

 Please kindly make a deposit of minimum 1 million Vietnam dong upon check in to guarantee for services which would be

able to be used during your stay in the Resort./ Quý khách vui lòng đặt cọc tối thiểu 1,000,000 VNĐ để đảm bảo cho các dịch vụ có thể sẽ được
sử dụng trong suốt quá trình lưu trú tại Khu nghỉ dưỡng .
