Re-survey and supplement benchmarks, control network, restore center and side stakes, survey cross sections, and prepare Shop Drawings to submit to the Engineer. All stakes for control network will be protected and maintained in good condition throughout construction duration. 2.1.2. Re-check status of access roads used for conveyance of ROW stakes to construction site. 2.2. Organization of Construction management personnel To form a suitable organization with different departments for different purposes to execute construction and management to satisfy the site construction requirements, as follows: 2.2.1 Project Manager Supervise and control all construction aspects and requirements of progress. Ensure that requirements of safety and environment shall be set up prior to start of construction activities and be complied during operation process. 2.2.2 Construction Manager Directly report to Project Manager. Supervise all construction works, ensure construction progress and quality as scheduled. Ensure that this method statement is strictly implemented and followed by all construction personnel. 2.2.3. Material Requirements Materials to be used for casting and constructing ROW stakes shall be taken from sources, as follows: - Conerete class C15 and C20 shall be mixed insitu by concrete mixer 250 litres. - Paint materials, cement and other material shall be taken from local retailers, 3. Method of Construction 3.1. ROW stakes casting yard A casting yard for ROW stakes shall be prepared by the contractor at a suitable area, site clearing and sufficient materials shall be prepared for casting work. 3.2. Casting, curing and painting of ROW stakes - Steel formwork shall be selected and cleaned prior to concreting. Fastening, tighness and stabilization of formwork shall be carefully checked. - Concrete class C20 shall be mixed insitu and compacted by reedle vibrator. 63.3 Upon completion of placing concrete, surface shall be flattened by handwork. All ROW stakes after concreting shall be cured by cover and watering. Formwork shall be removed after 24 hours or 48 hours based on weather condition. After removing formwork, top 8em of ROW stakes shall be painted with 2 iritations red paint and 40cm below shall be painted with 2 iritations white paint using Dulux Inspire paint and the painting layer shall be cured in shadow condition. “MOC LO GIGI” shall be engraved in the front face of stakes while “CT DNQN” shall be engraved in the sides of stakes. Construction of ROW markers staking ROW stakes shall be transported from casting yard to construction locations and loaded to stockpiling areas. Prior to start of construction, the concerned parties shall collaborate to check site condition and verify old ROW stakes that can be reusable, Reusable stakes shall be marked for identification purposes. Use total station for locating ROW stake positions and use red paint bamboo stakes to mark these positions. Excavate ROW stake foundation with dimension of 1x1x0.5m. Use steel ruler 5m to check the dimension. Erect wood formwork with dimension of 0.4x0.4x0.6m, use steel wire to fasten and fix formwork. Conerete class C15 shall be mixed insitu by concrete mixer 250 litres. ROW stakes shall be positioned to foundation pit, then placing concrete class C15 to formwork. Finishing surface by handwork. After 12 hours, removing formwork and backfilling foundation pit with soil Grouting body and footing of stake as required. 3.4. Checking and Accepting of Construction Works Each mixing batch of concrete class C15 and C20 shall be sampled and tested for strength determining.
