1. Follow up all type of workers committee and activities of the committee
2. Take care of facilities of the worker like canteen facility, rest facility, child care, sanitation, drinking water etc. 3. Aware workers regarding leave facility and help them to take leave in a proper way 4. Follow up of worker development scope in the factory like workers recreation program, aware to workers child’s education, general health care etc. 5. Trained the new workers, inspire for attending all to development program of education related technical skill and other social development of existing worker 6. Help organization to implement company’s policy and help the workers to understand those 7. Communicate to company’s medical section to ensure workers medical facility. 8. Take step to develop owner-workers relation 9. Take immediate initiative to solve any kinds of problem regarding IR issues related to workers 10. Hear the workers grievance & feedback and counselling them to avoid miscommunication among workers and management 11. Any kind of grievance highlighted to the management 12. Make a bridge among workers and management for any kind welfare issues.
