1. BETIQ no longer "copies" someone else stats! Instead your IQ stats are increased
by a small percentage 1-5% or decreased with equal probability.
2. BETIQ crit chance and crit multiplier negative rolls were adjusted.
Your crit chance and crit multiplier no longer get reset to minimum value instead
it decreases by flat amount.
3. Critical chance is now capped at 25% including event crit chance.
In addition minimum value f critical chance was set to 1% and crit multiplier to
1.5.
4. Fixed critical hit percentage for those who has their special message.
5. Chance to trigger events was increased by 0.5% now it is 1%.
6. BETIQ crit chance can now increase by 5% instead of 10%.
7. If you roll 0 your crit multiplier decreases by 1 instead of 0.5.
8. BETIQ no longer can double your best value instead it takes random value from
your best scores not including your highest and replaces your worst or best score.
