Ament to your letter dated Aug. 20, 2018 which I received on Oct 1, 2018 please be informed
that my records and remittance of said loans is until the DAR Provincial Office of Sogod, Southern Leyte.,

Before my retirement period on December 2012, while I was on process of clearing my records
and liabilities with said office, the In-charge then of DAREFI in Southern Leyte could not and did not quit
in any statement of remittance until my last day of service.

In this regard, I will try to see the DAREFI in charge in Southern Leyte, to scan their records and
produce any statement of remittance so that I can reconcile the same with the records at DANEFI, DAR
Central Office.
