Guidelines for Subject Selection of PPR/PPS at

Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal

(Academic session 2018-2019)

What all do you need to select the subject of PPR/PPS for Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University
of Technology,West Bengal?

User Name and Password of student login.

The Registration Number/ Roll Number is your User Name and same as Password.
Now first click on "Student" tab given on the home page of the Online Portal
(https://makaut.ucanapply.com/smartexam/public/student). Screenshot as bellow.

On clicking the ‘Student’tab the login pop up will open. Fill the “User Name” and
“Password” and click on Submit.
Note :
Username – Registration Number/ Roll Number
Password – Registration Number/ Roll Number

 After Login, you will get the Dashboard page, Please click on “PPR/PPS FORM” tab,
Screenshot as bellow.

After Click on ‘PPR/PPS FORM’tab the “ PPR/PPS FORM” panel will open, Select the
“semester” and click on “Search” button. As in screenshot.
Now the Paper selection page will open, please select the subject and click on “save”
button, as shown in screenshot below.

After Paper Selection the Preview Button will show at the bottom of the page, please click
on “Preview” button, Screenshot as below.
Now you can take the print out of the form after clicking on Print button at the bottom of
the page.
